Lowcountry Delights with Chef Linda Stutesman

AHT has teamed up with Function Junction in Crown Center to bring you a great opportunity to enhance your night out! Learn how to cook a delicious Southern meal before heading over to see The Dixie Swim Club.

Indulge yourself with Deep-fried Avocados, Pork Chop with Cider Reduction, Summer Succotash, Tomato Tart and top it all off with Grand Peach Cake served with Cinnamon Cream. The class will be taught in Function Junctionʼs beautiful new Culinary Studio by Chef Linda Stutesman. Chef Linda Stutesman, an Indiana native and honorary southerner, has been building her career in metropolitan Kansas City, combining her passion for food with her skills in marketing and her entrepreneurial drive. Linda's Midwest background brings hearty flavors to her cuisine, mingling with the delicate and luscious flavors of the South, learned and constantly refined from her southern grandmother.
